Our client is excited to be developing their team of Business Development Managers. The right candidate will be joining a team of ambitious and talented salespeople that regularly make a 5 figure salary a month.
As part of the role, you will be expected to research your prospect client, approach them, and successfully close business over the phone or via Zoom presentations.
Working across verticals such as Technology, Digital Transformation, Energy, Manufacturing, Finance, and many others, you will have an opportunity to craft your own campaign with the clients.
As the Sales associate for the project, you will be responsible for identifying the clients and closing business with blue chip companies from around the world.

Using initiative to research, contact and create relationships with clients
Create innovative and engaging presentations & craft own campaign with clients
Regularly close business with blue chip companies from around the world
Organise own workload & schedule regular meetings and catch ups via telephone + Zoom
Manage client relationships and oversee the sales process beginning to end.

 Minimum requirements:

Telephone sales experience is a must have. The successful candidate will understand how to prospect, present and close over the phone.
Sales driven, money hungry and able to thrive in a targeted environment
Must possess the ability to build rapport over the phone with decision makers, influencers and gate keepers
Ability to communicate at all levels, with confidence to present the business to new and existing clients clearly and efficiently

What to expect:
You will be provided with a 6-week training period, during which you will learn about selling, persuasion and basic psychology. You will receive a gym membership to the local gym and end of month team lunch and drinks as well as ad hoc incentives and bonuses.
You can also receive £1000 per year to spend on your professional development, sales tools, courses, conferences or whatever you feel will take you to the next level.
