Machine Operator Key Responsibilities

Operate bespoke tray-cleaning machinery safely and efficiently
Conduct product quality checks to ensure standards are met
Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance
Support productivity goals including absence/holiday cover when required
Maintain a safe and well-organised work environment
Take on additional reasonable duties as skills develop

Machine Operator Persons Specification

Minimum 2 years’ experience operating machinery in a production environment
Additional electrical, mechanical, or pneumatic skills are an advantage
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn
Must have full UK work authorisation

Machine Operator Shift & Hours

4 on / 4 off rotation, 12-hour shifts including days, 6AM to 6PM
Overtime and weekend work may be required
