Working within this esteemed and growing company, The Client Relationship Executive will be based at this well-established company in Chester with hybrid working options.
This award-winning company prides themselves on the bespoke service they offer customers.
The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for supporting and assisting members of the luxury sales team in processing bookings, managing customer information in CRM systems, booking bespoke services and activities and meticulous management of customer special requests, producing essential customer documents and ensuring smooth handling of the booking to completion.
Key Responsibilities :

Providing administrative support to assigned members of the sales team, including processing and managing bookings.
Collating, seeking and providing information for quotes, enquiries and confirmed bookings, including services and activities in a timely and professional manner.
Preparing information to be presented in a professional manner, as per the Company guidelines; and if required responding directly to clients and 3rd parties via email and phone in a timely manner.
Proactively liaise with suppliers, 3rd parties, and other partners to support with availability, secure confirmations, gathering information, prices and requests and finalising accurate details.
Booking detailed services, providing bespoke services, and meticulously arranging customer special requests and seeking opportunities to exceed clients’ expectations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and information in CRM systems and central files.
Carrying out thorough and timely reconfirmation of arrangements prior to booking, troubleshooting and resolving issues if identified.
Issuing system generated client documentation including invoices and final documents.
Handle post-booking support, including processing amendments, cancellations, and additional special requests.
Attend supplier training within the office and after work events to gain more knowledge.

Skills & Experience :

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good level of experience with MS Office.
Prior experience in a sales support, customer service, or booking-related role is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team and using own initiative.
Proven ability to deliver timely and positive outcomes when dealing with competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong motivation for delivering excellent service.
Familiarity with travel systems and Airline GDS systems preferred.
A passion for travel and understanding of the tour operator industry preferred.
