Conveyancing Administrator

Working for this well-established, innovative and progressive company, the Conveyancing Administrator will join a motivated customer service team, providing an efficient and accurate service for complex processing of conveyancing related tasks and property searches within the agreed SLAs.
The Conveyancing Administrator will work Monday to Friday, 9am-530pm. Hybrid working is available following the training period.

Responsibilities :
Ensuring all processing is completed within the specified timescales and at the highest quality in line with the quality framework
Processes product instructions with speed and accuracy using internal systems
Interprets and use Land Registry data to inform product allocation
Responds to complex queries from customers and partners with professionalism and attention to detail
Enters and updates information promptly across task management systems and reporting logs
Orders property searches and follows up with providers to ensure completion within timeframes
Maintains daily oversight of tasks such as case updates, amendments and cancellations.
Supports basic building management tasks and liaises appropriately with contractors and service providers
Skills required :
Knowing the product process lifecycle across remortgage, searches and conveyancing services
Understanding the procedures involved in managing property product instructions, issuing communications, and updating systems
Knowing how to interpret official title and land registry information using integrated systems and tools
Understanding data protection, customer service protocols and how to work within agreed service levels
An awareness of facilities coordination and the role it plays in supporting the office environment
Communicates clearly in person, on the phone and in writing
Works independently to manage their time and prioritise multiple tasks
Demonstrates strong organisational skills and attention to process detail
