Production Line Operative

We are looking for Line Operatives to join a modern Bakery factory based in Kettering (NN16 postcode)
These positions are on an ongoing temporary basis, however there is potential for this to be a permanent position after 13 weeks.
As Bakery Line Operatives, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our bakery production line. Your core skills in serving and food safety will ensure the quality and safety of our baked goods. With premium skills in food preparation, you will contribute to the efficiency and success of our bakery operations. Your relevant skills in basic maths, kitchen experience, and time management will further enhance your ability to meet production targets and uphold our high standards. The shift pattern is:

Continental shift 3-4-3, 12 hour Day shift of 6am to 6pm the hourly rate is £11.44ph
Continental shift 3-4-3, 12 hour night shift of 6pm to 6am the hourly rate is £12.14ph

Skills

Understanding of food safety procedures
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
