Warehouse Operative

We are recruiting a Warehouse Operative on behalf of our client, a leader in their industry, offering a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
 
Location: Kettering
Shift: Continental, 12 hours
Salary: £13.05 per hour
 
Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily stock takes, record data, and share findings with relevant third parties
Process and report pack-out figures accurately for Managers and Supervisors
Handle, check, and book-in goods using the navigation system
Conduct full-site stock audits
Coordinate logistics for collections and deliveries
Execute detailed shift handovers with the Shift Manager
Ensure pallets are labeled correctly and appropriately segregated
Communicate stock levels to production supervisors
Maintain a clear, tidy, and safe yard area

 
Key Skills & Experience:

PPT Licence (essential)
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Good numeracy and literacy skills
Basic understanding of food hygiene standards
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
