I joined The Business Connection Group…. in September 2019 as a Branch Administrator. I was given the opportunity to join the TBC family when I came into the office to look for a career change after years of working as a Sales Assistant in a warehouse. I have a background in customer service and information technology, but I felt like my skills were being under utilised. The wonderful TBC Group team gave me a chance to make use of my skills, whilst helping my colleagues with day to day tasks.
What I love about my job…. I love being able to help my colleagues and candidates in any way I can. It can get very busy in the office, so I need to maintain focus at all times and keep on top of things to make sure my work is done efficiently, especially when handling payroll. I can confidently say to any new person joining our team, that they will feel as though they are a part of the family.
When I’m not in the office…. I enjoy keeping active by going for walks or to the gym. My favourite way to relax is by reading a book or a novel, preferably Marvel. I guess you can call me a bit of a nerd, as I love playing video games in the evenings after work to de-stress. On weekends I try to spend as much time as possible with family and friends, preferably by going the pub for a couple of drinks and a catch up.
