Recruitment Account Manager

 I joined Business Connection in… November 2016 as a Recruitment Resourcer and soon progressed into Recruitment Account Manager. I have come from a fast-paced customer service background and prior to this I worked in a highly targeted sales role. I feel this has given me the right experience and knowledge to successfully represent our clients and candidates and ensure that they have an enjoyable but successful experience with us.

What I love about my job… I love that every day is different and brings exciting new challenges for me to overcome. It’s easy to maintain a high level of excitement and commitment to my candidates, as I know finding them new roles has a huge impact on changing their life. I find the whole process very rewarding, from fact finding about them to helping them through the interview process; there is nothing more exhilarating than seeing them start on their first day. I really enjoy representing The Business Connection brand and delivering a quality service to our clients and candidates. I also enjoy identifying the characteristics and values that each client possesses and matching these with suitable candidates who fit their company culture.

When I’m not I the office… I enjoy nothing more than spending quality time with my young family, whether that’s going out for nice meals, hitting the local cinema to watch the latest films or going out with friends and catching up with what’s been happening in their lives.
