Telesales Executive


  • Salary: £17,000 - £19,000
  • Location: Chester
  • Contract: Permanent

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm plus one late shift
The successful Telesales Executive will be tasked at proactively following up leads and assessing customer profiles. Using your initiative, you will be identifying and following up with potential opportunities that have expressed interest in the business services from their online marketing activities. The Telesales Executive will be joining a dedicated and motivated team and can enjoy a very profitable commission structure, and fantastic career progression. The Telesales Executive will also be provided free parking, plenty of local facilities and a company pension scheme.
The successful Telesales Executive will have previous telesales experience within a B2C role. You will be target driven and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Telesales Executive will also be self-motivated, have a ‘can-do’ attitude and have a hunger for results. Previous telesales experience within the financial industry is desired.
Key Responsibilities –

Contacting customers that have completed an online form. No cold calling or trawling through data lists.

Telephoning customers to check details are accurate relating to their claim
Adding new claims to the in-house CRM system (Bright office)
Ability to build relationships with customers to identify and promote suitable linked products
Liaise with lenders to chase updates and relaying the information to the customer
Deliver against defined targets.
Always adhere to regulatory and compliance framework
Be able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Be a team player

Confident in selling benefits and objection handling where required
Proven record of success within sales and be able to evidence this

Ability to take on training provided and actively implement it to improve your skills within the role
A strong team player demonstrating a positive outlook
