Working within this successful and expanding business, the Sales Trainer is responsible for implementing and delivery of a performance coaching programme across the sales divisions of the company. Owning the schedule, delivery, measurement, analysing and reporting of progress of individual performances, in order to maximise engagement, capability and improve performance against service and sales KPIs. The Sales Trainer will work for a well-established company with a Head Office in Chester, who pride themselves on the bespoke service they offer customers. To apply for the Sales Trainer role, you must have a proven track record (at least 5 years) in a successful selling and service environment. The Sales Trainer will also possess a training or coaching qualification and have skills in training staff across areas including upselling, the sales call model and relationship management.
 Key Responsibilities:
·         Create, implement and deliver an annual coaching programme for each brand, in line with the sales KPIs and the sales and service strategy 
·         Maintenance of a robust evaluation process inclusive of monthly reports on coaching activity and individual performance progress against KPIs. Including maintenance of coaching records and tracking performance
·         Leading Sales Managers to support with hands on coaching and adhering to the coaching programme and processes as required
·         Creating processes and tools to assist sales staff to define their personal performance targets with time frames, with regular measurement and feedback sessions
·         Create coaching material to build an educational library including presentations, scripts and case studies demonstrating what excellent looks like
·         Owning new starter training and ongoing performance coaching using 1:1s, call listening, written quotation reviews, presentations as some of the tools to deliver
·         Reviewing and owning coaching at all client touch points including brochure requests, incoming calls, webquotes, outgoing calls, welcome home calls
·         Responsible for contributing to creating a ‘feedback culture’ within the client facing teams, that embraces successes and areas for improvement, overall resulting in increases client satisfaction rates
·         Keeping abreast of external coaching developments, trends and new techniques in order to implement new and inspiring ways in which to coach and inspire staff
·         Analyse survey responses to highlight service gaps and address with relevant coaching, where applicable
·         Responsible for addressing training needs and individual skill gaps, identified whilst coaching and by collaborating closely with Customer Service Manager and Sales Managers
 Essential Skills:
·         Proven track record (at least 5 years) in successful selling and service
·         A training or coaching qualification
·         Can demonstrate competency in upselling, sales call model and relationship management
