Here at The Business Connection, we currently have an exciting vacancy for an ambitious Sales Team Leader to come and join an established local employer. The Sales Team Leader will be supporting a team of Account Managers to achieve the best possible results for both clients and customers. The Sales Team Leader will be involved in coaching and mentoring new and existing staff, supporting the team with day to day duties and driving a dedicated and motivated team, within a company who are a market leader in their field. The Sales Team Leader will also have experience of coaching and training in a sales environment, and ideally possessing knowledge of HR policies, practises and procedures.
 Key Responsibilities:
The role of Sales Team Leader involves motivating, developing and driving a team of sales agents to deliver the highest levels of sales conversion, quality and customer service to customers. This role leads and motivates a team of people to succeed. The Sales Team Leader role involves ensuring that your direct team are driven to succeed, they exceed their targets, deliver outstanding customer service, exceptional quality and are within a results-driven environment. 
 
•      Manage existing customer base in accordance with company procedure
•      Carry out quarterly reviews of customers packages
•      Promote additional services offered at every available opportunity
•      Keep inhouse database’s in order and updated ensuring no call-backs in excess of 3 months
•      Maintain revenue growth of customer base
•      Ability to achieve and exceed targets
•      Supervise and support Team members
•      Perform and assist team with all duties
•      Liaise with Training & Development for staff improvement
 Essential Experience   

Leadership: Directing, training and coaching others (staff members, co-workers) on the performance of their jobs, employing styles and methods which are tailored to the individuals and tasks in line with company procedures.
Perform monthly 121 meetings with team members, advising and motivating in areas where improvements are required.
Operational management: Initiating and supervising various activities to be executed. Assigning tasks and responsibilities, organising activities, removing obstacles, if necessary.
Self-Organisation: Organising one’s own work effectively by planning objectives and scheduling time and activities; dedicating available time and energy to major issues and critical problems.
Stress Tolerance – Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Hard worker and possesses staying power.
Adaptability – Maintaining effectiveness by adapting to different environments, tasks, responsibilities and people. Possessing an open mind.
