An exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Executive to join a well-established and successful company. The Sales Support Executive will be processing orders brought in by Representatives and Account Managers to ensure client expectations are exceeded. The Sales Support Executive will be joining a hardworking and dedicated team who are recognised in their respected industry. The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday 830am-5pm.

Process orders brought in by Sales Representatives and Account Managers
Input deals to a database from sales documentation, always ensuring highest level of accuracy
Liaise with suppliers to process additional services
Process distribution lists
Scan all paperwork relating to sales and contracts
Process incoming mail, relating to contracts
You should be an ambitious individual with excellent interpersonal skills who is outgoing resilient, well organised, proactive, flexible and able to deal with a wide range of responsibilities.
You should have excellent client relations skills, be able to represent the company in a positive and professional manner and be able to demonstrate understanding and persistence in your approach to presenting products to a client base.
The successful candidate also needs strong written and verbal communication skills. A good working knowledge of MS Access, Word, and Excel, is essential.
You will need the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team. You should be able to facilitate a positive and professional work environment by demonstrating professionalism and consideration of co-workers, exercising initiative to offer assistance where and when appropriate. The ability to interact well and engage with senior management is crucial.
A good work ethic coupled with an ability to learn quickly and a willingness and interest in keeping up to date on our products, customers and our market place is critical.
