A great opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join a leading company and be part of the company’s continuing growth and success. The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers, with a view to making sales and securing new and repeat business.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in an inbound and outbound sales environment, with a proven track record of success, a drive to succeed, and an ability to use own initiative. To make outbound sales calls via telephone to prospective and existing customers.
To make outbound contact via email/social media platforms to prospective and existing customers.
Regular follow-up enquiries to keep CRM system accurate and up to date.
Identification of target business/market opportunities for lead generation.
Management of leads generation portal to identify and generate leads for equipment sales opportunities.
Populate company CRM with leads, including follow-ups.
To develop a good knowledge and understanding of the industry and services to allow for the most productive sales calls.
To focus on achieving individual and team objectives.
To work positively and communicate professionally across the team, providing an effective contribution to work tasks.
To manage own personal development and opportunities for career development within the business.
Essential Skills and Experience
At least 3 years’ experience in an inbound and outbound sales environment.
Experience of account management (desirable).
Experience of estimating (desirable).
Experience of cold calling (desirable).
Excellent communications skills with a strong telephone manner.
Strong personal planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
