Sales Coach (12 months)

Working for this well-established company on a 12-month contract, the Sales Coach will be joining an award winning, recognised market leader in their field. The company are undergoing a period of growth, so the Sales Coach will be integral in coaching and developing sales teams on a one to one basis, to help achieve their targets in line with customer experience objectives and business targets. The Sales Coach will be rewarded with a pension scheme, health insurance, life assurance and company social and charity events.
 The Sales Coach will possess significant and direct experience in a coaching and development role. They must also demonstrate an awareness of the emerging trends in Learning and Development and of coaching best practices. The successful Sales Coach will have a desire to learn in order to fully understand the business as a whole and how coaching, training and developing can help achieve business goals.
 Key Responsibilities:

Coaching and developing sales teams on a one to one basis, to help achieve their targets in line with customer experience objectives and business targets
Track monitor and evaluate all progress and achievements
Delivering training courses for coaching and skills
Deliver onboarding training program for all new starts within the business
Leading by example and pro-actively offering on-going support to new and existing staff
Establishing effective working relationships with each department and understand how they work and how this feeds into the overall business operation
Continually searching for ways in which to further improve the development experience for the business
Confident presenting to individuals and groups

 Essential Skills:

Experience in training sales, coaching and soft skills
Experience of working within a call centre/ telephony/sales environment
Experience within the financial sector
Coaching qualification is desirable
Positive and determined attitude at all times
First class sales, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire
Incredibly flexible with the ability to change and adapt quickly
Persistence and a commitment to achieving the highest standards
Computer literacy is paramount
Ability to learn, understand and train highly technical concepts to team members
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work activities
You must be highly motivated, have the ability to work alone and be pro active
Ability to adapt to change very quickly and work under pressure
Highly motivated by coaching and developing others
The ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Must be flexible to UK travel with overnight stays
