We are looking to hire experienced, success driven and high achieving Recruitment Managers and Senior Recruiters who share our ambitions and who are looking for the opportunity to take control of their career and to develop and lead our head-office based Recruitment team.
You will be responsible for delivery of candidate requirements covering Industrial and Commercial sectors, temporary, permanent and contractor services across the UK. The successful candidate will be the driving force of the Recruitment team, leading growth and development and co-ordinating their team through to success.
Working closely in partnership with the senior management team
Training and development of Recruiters, including performance reporting
Workflow management and allocations
Volume and capacity increases
Imaginative candidate attraction
Accurate communication and data management
Realtime progress reporting
Maximising effectiveness and ROI from internal databases

What we’re looking for:
A proven Recruitment industry track record gained within a management or supervisory role.
The vision and ambition to develop the Recruitment team and then to build that unit, achieving long term sustainable success.
The drive and tenacity to achieve targets and goals, whilst maintaining the highest possible service standards.
A genuine passion for customer service – able to deal with candidates, colleagues and any other parties with tact, diplomacy and confidentiality.
The ability to build, manage and lead a team to success – you may already have potential team members in mind that you would like to join you.
