A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join a prestigious local employer, based within an exceptional working environment. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming all visitors, answering phone calls and emails, and other similar administrative duties as required.
 
The successful candidate will have significant previous experience in a front-of-house receptionist role, with excellent people skills, a professional manner, and be exceptionally well presented. The successful candidate will also be proactive, positive, and flexible in their approach, with their own transport and a full driving licence. Key Responsibilities:
 

Answering calls quickly yet efficiently, acknowledging senior individuals as the greatest priority.
Welcome all visitors professionally and efficiently.
Check and frank all outgoing mail and organise parcel collections and special deliveries.
When required, assist other departments with administrative duties.
Order supplies for stationary.
Continuously develop and improve yourself and the way you work.
Uphold shared values of Integrity, Trust, and
Comply with Company policy and best practice in security, legal, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure that all Health & Safety responsibilities are fulfilled and that the team’s (including the role holder), visitors, and contractor’s safety and welfare is maintained.
Other duties as required from time-to-time.

 
Essential Skills:
 

At least 2 years’ experience in a reception role, ideally from a hotel, bank, or other large office.
A professional manner, with excellent communications skills, a great phone manner, and ability to interact with persons of all seniority levels.
Exceptionally well presented.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and others.
Excellent time management skills, with an ability to prioritise their activities, manage their time, and remain collected and focused at busy times.
Ability to build positive relationships, work with integrity, be direct and straightforward whilst respecting and considering others.
Ability to work well in a team, building team spirit, delivering team goals, and being flexible.
Ability to work under pressure
Good problem-solving skills are essential
Full driving licence is essential
Ability to quickly understand the needs of the client and to react quickly and accordingly
Highly confidential, professional, and discrete at all times
