Part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk

Our client based on the Wrexham Industrial Estate is currently recruiting for an experienced part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Finance Team, working 30 hours a week, Monday to Thursday. The company are an international technology business, who are recognised as industry leaders in their sector.
Hours – Monday to Thursday, 9am-4.30pm OR 8am – 3.30pm
Salary – £19,000 pro rata – increase after probation period based on experience and performance
Reporting directly to the Accounts Office Manager, you will be responsible for working within a busy Purchase Ledger team to help ensure suppliers are paid accurately and within the agreed terms
To succeed in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:

Previous working experience within a purchase ledger function.
Ability to accurately process invoices within specified deadlines.
Efficiently deal with invoice queries.
Ability to communicate with suppliers, building and providing a trusted service.
Good attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Experience working on and with Accounting software packages.
