A fantastic opportunity for a Appointment Setter to join an established nationwide company. The Part Time Appointment Setter will become part of a professional and dedicated team and will be a vital part of the overall continued business growth. Part Time Appointment Setter will be able to benefit from flexible working hours across 5 days, casual dress and an uncapped commission structure.
 To apply for the Part Time Appointment Setter position, you must be customer focused and be confident to make calls within a business to business environment. The Part Time Appointment Setter must also have previous experience of working in a customer focused position and it is desired to have previous experience of working within in either a B2B or B2C telesales environment. The Part Time Appointment Setter position must also be able to work in a challenging environment, be personable and be able to quickly build relationships with new customers quickly.
 Key Responsibilities:
·         Conduct outbound business to business calls to new customers to introduce the business’ services and book in appointments for the Business Development Managers
·         Build relationships with new customers through verbal and written methods
·         Proactively seek new customers and business opportunities
·         Use internal systems and update areas of contact with clients
·         Follow company procedure in respect of prospects and daily planning
·         Ensure pipeline is up-to-date and all leads are converted or closed
Essential Skills:
·         It is desired that individuals have previous experience of working within a B2B or B2C telesales position
·         Have an optimistic and ‘can do’ attitude 
·         Excellent communication and rapport building skills                                                        
·         Good time management, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines         
·         Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team                        
·         Motivated, committed, and flexible                      
·         Tenacious in approach with excellent closing skills
·         Experience of using an internal CRM system
