This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paid Search Specialist to join an award winning, fast growth e-commerce business that operates within multiple sectors. Supporting the Head of Customer Acquisition, the Paid Search Specialist will be given the opportunity to manage, plan, develop, implement, and optimise a variety of paid search campaigns across multiple sectors and countries. In return the Paid Search Specialist will enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package.
 
This is a hands-on role that is pivotal to the growth and strategy within the paid search channels of the business. Therefore, a strong understanding of paid channels is a must along with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing paid campaigns. A keen interest in e-commerce along with being Google Ads certified is desirable.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Possess a strong understanding of paid channels, specifically paid search and display.
Build and manage innovative consumer focused campaigns from scratch with a core focus on KPI and ROI
Support the Head of Customer Acquisition and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure maximum cross channel efficiencies
The ability to continuously identify and explore new opportunities, test, learn and maximise campaign performance.
Test copy, targeting and landing pages, to drive best-in-class results while regularly reporting results to key stakeholders
Own and maintain all relevant reporting (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) on the performance

 
Essential Skills:

A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience managing paid campaigns
A high degree of numeracy and literacy
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage paid search campaigns
Strong understanding of paid search platforms
Confident with analytics tools and a strong understanding of tracking and conversion optimisation
Ability to produce accurate, commercially focused MI that tracks against business KPIs
Accuracy and a keen eye for detail
Up to date with digital marketing trends
Having an unbreakable amount of enthusiasm and desire to learn
