Marketing Executive (maternity contract)

The Marketing Executive will be working as part of a well-established company with a Head Office in Chester, who pride themselves on the bespoke service they offer customers. Working as part of a team, the Marketing Executive will support the Marketing Manager to ensure the brand is promoted through marketing collateral and to implement the marketing plan on brand, as per brief and within the time frames set.

The Marketing Executive will have a proven track record within a commercial marketing environment. The successful Marketing Executive will have both a creative flair and a strong business focus : the ability to extract, analyse and present data and results is key. You will possess a high level of organisational skills, the ability to work to business critical deadlines, and an exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
•          Management and responsibility of all PR activity (trips/budget)
•          Delivery of artwork stages for all offline marketing campaigns across the brands working closely with the Creative Director and the Marketing Production Manager within the timescales set
•          Secure sign off from suppliers / partners for all projects undertaken
•          Securing competitive quotes and managing in print production schedules
•          Data extractions for marketing activity to the mailing house as per the data strategy
•          Delivery of ROI following on from all campaigns / data migration following all direct mail campaigns to brand
•          Produce sales briefs and ensure the business is engaged
•          Data management as per data plan
•          Raise invoices for all direct mail activity
•          Event management of all events undertaken by the company
•          Support with the delivery of stationery (budget log) / documentation across the brands
•          Implement touchpoint plans
•          Image and resource library maintenance

Essential Skills:

  • Previous marketing experience gained within a commercial, office-based environment
  • Degree or qualification within Marketing or a similar
  • Strong communication skills at all levels, whether dealing with internal key stakeholders, partners, or suppliers
  • High level of organisation, with the ability to effectively manage several projects concurrently
  • Administrative skills, including report production, invoicing, and document control
  • Data extraction, analysis and migration to report on the ROI of campaigns
