This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award winning family run company. Our client is looking for someone with marketing and recruitment experience to join the team and help them attract and recruit new employees. The Marketing and Recruitment Assistant will be tasked with shaping the businesses digital marketing strategy (website, Facebook, Instagram and blogs) to attract new employees. This is a fast paced role and will require a resilient, confident, genuine people person. The Marketing and Recruitment Assistant will be highly organised as this role will involve managing job adverts, arranging and undertaking interviews, ensuring 100% regulation compliance whilst successfully marketing the business. Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for marketing the business via website, social media, blogs and vlogs.
Create and implement recruitment campaigns to help the businesses become an employer of choice.
Write powerful copy for the website, gathering video content and develop creatives for social media and offline activity.
Manage digital platforms – ensure the microsite, social media platforms and website are online and listings are up to date.
Organisation of local events.
Collate monthly reports.
Work alongside the Facebook marketing company.
Work alongside the Regional Marketing Manager.
Create and implement job adverts on multiple platforms.
Interview, assess and maintain communication with candidates.
Perform all relevant checks such as ID, references and DBS.
Achieve targeted recruitment figures.

Essential Skills:

Digital marketing experience – min of 1 year.
Ability to market over Instagram and Facebook.
Ability to write powerful copy for vlogs.
SEO experience would be desirable.
Confident speaker and a genuine people person.
Sensitive to a care home environment.
Ability to hit the ground running with a hunger for success
