Due to rapid growth and exciting brand development, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join a leading North West based business. The Digital Marketing Executive will own responsibility for digital marketing activation for a portfolio of exciting brands, across Paid Social, PPC, affiliates and Google ads. The Digital Marketing Executive will be a digital marketing whizz, particularly in the realms of paid media, who understands how best to reach their target audience with dynamic and clever campaign activations, that deliver optimum ROI. You will be fully supported by an experienced team who are as passionate about brand building as they are. With at least 1 years’ experience in a digital role in an ecommerce setting, the Digital Marketing Executive must also have a strong understanding of advertising and analytics platforms including Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, Shopping and Analytics.
Creating, implementing, and managing all PPC and Paid Social campaigns.
Delivering paid strategy with the aim of driving maximum ROI and brand awareness.
Optimising ads based on performance as well as reacting to wider brand activity.
Providing regular analysis and reports on all paid media performance to key stakeholders.
Being both creative and strategic to come up with campaign ideas and new ways of reaching our target audiences.
Creating engaging copy for ad sets, as well as suggesting suitable imagery + content.
Ensuring best practice in all executions and making sure all activity is on-brand.
Assisting the Brand Manager in executing wider digital strategy.
Collaborating with the wider brand team to align to overarching strategy and ongoing plans.
SEO research including regular keyword research.
Support wider marketing team with BAU activity – email marketing, social scheduling etc.
Staying up to date with latest industry trends both in digital and beauty.
1-2 years’ experience in a Digital Executive role in an ecommerce setting.
Strong understanding of advertising and analytics platforms including Facebook Advertising, Google AdsWords, Shopping and Analytics.
Able to interpret and analyse data into concise reports.
Great written and communication skills and can adapt this to suit different audiences.
Understanding of SEO.
Passionate about all things digital marketing and staying up to date with latest trends.
Highly organised and able to multi-task.
Ability to manage paid media budgets.
Reactive, able to work under pressure
Strong attention to detail
Independent and a self-starter
Enthusiastic and energetic
Able to work autonomously and not afraid to take on responsibility
