Customer Service Advisor (fulltime or part-time)

An opportunity to join a well-established company as a Customer Service Advisor in a fast-paced and varied environment. This is a long-term temporary role, until December 2019 and the client will consider candidates looking for full or part-time work. As a Customer Service Advisor, your role will involve receiving calls and emails from customers, aiming to answer basic queries relating to their service and provide a first call resolution where possible.  You will also work closely with the technical team to ensure continuity of service. To apply for the Customer Service Advisor role, it is essential that you have previous phone-based customer service experience, preferably within a office environment or a support role. For the Customer Service Administrator role, the ability to learn new skills and systems quickly is essential, previous experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs is also desired.  Due to the location, your own transport is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Process calls and emails from customers and third parties
Resolve general enquires on a first call resolution basis where possible
Field calls and pass to relevant departments
Provide basic information and support to customers
Liaise with other departments to manage updates and query handling
Accurately maintain an inhouse database, logging calls and outcomes where appropriate

Essential Skills:

Previous phone-based customer service experience
A genuine focus on providing an exceptional level of service to all customers
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Microsoft skills
High attention to detail and degree of accuracy required
Ability to prioritise and work to tight timescales and great organisational skills
Flexibility to complete ad-hoc work for various departments
Ability to work as a cohesive team
