A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a global, market-leading company located just outside of Chester which boasts free parking. The Customer Service Administrator will work on a 12-month contract supporting customer service activities, following the standard operating processes with a focus on efficiency and company goals. You will also support the Technical department with administrative and filing work.
The successful candidate will have at least 12 months’ experience within a sales support or fast paced customer service admin role. Act as a main contact for customer service activities
Monitor production planning and notify internal customers of any delays
Collect internal prices and update in a CRM system
Liaise with internal customers as required, from order entry to dispatch/receipt of goods
Keying orders onto internal system
Amend dispatch dates as required
Liaise with hauliers to collect and deliver goods to customer specifications
Fulfill and raise invoices daily in an accuracy manner
Booking in stock manufactured / distributed goods working closely with the supply chain function
Provide administrative support to senior management and field sales team
Maintain and develop own skills from a technical/sales/administrative perspective
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with internal and external customers
At least 12 months’ experience within either a technical support or customer service admin position
Strong MS Office skills – SAP experience would be highly beneficial
Analytical approach with an eye for detail
Excellent organisational skills
Due to the office location, you do need your own transport
