Customer Relationship Specialist

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a Finance Team where you will provide an efficient and effective service to customers, the sales team and intermediaries, understanding their needs and requirements and working to exceed those wherever possible.
Working as part of the Customer Relationship team, the ideal team member will possess excellent initiative and problem-solving skills. You’ll be a strong communicator and have the ability to build effective working relationships with customers, suppliers and other internal stakeholders.
We’re open to applications from graduates or candidates without prior work experience, who have the right skills and attitude, and a strong desire to learn.
Proposal and Pay Out Processing:

Manage a number of clients/projects during in-life, ensuring that required customer information is collated, covenant testing is undertaken and annual reviews provided to credit as necessary.
Work closely with customers, sales and intermediaries to ensure a smooth onboarding and agreement set-up processes
Ensure all relevant internal checks and reviews are completed accurately and in line with company procedures
Preparing accurate payments to suppliers, intermediaries and customers

Customer Service:​

Address all enquiries received by phone or email effectively and in a timely manner
Ensure all company systems are kept updated with relevant customer information and to agreed data quality standards
Address customer complaints in accordance with policy
Accurately process customer settlement figure requests from the Sales/Broker Team

Risk & Compliance:

​Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.​

You’ll have a proactive mindset and and strong initiative
You are highly numerate with analytical ability


Have an interest in the renewable Energy sector and energy generation in general.
Are good with Microsoft products
Have previous knowledge and experience of the Financial Services industry and in similar operational or customer facing roles
