Content Marketing Consultant

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Working for this established and growing organisation, the Content Marketing Consultant will be supporting the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve business targets by providing comprehensive marketing support, developing marketing initiatives and through customer relationship management for their dedicated business areas, whilst operating strictly within FCA Regulations. The Content Marketing Consultant will be rewarded with a competitive salary, 25 days’ holidays plus Bank Holidays and an exceptional working environment. The company is based close to Hamilton Square train station, so easily commutable from Liverpool and the Wirral.
To apply for the Content Marketing Consultant, you should have ‘all round’ proven marketing experience gained in a similar environment. The Content Marketing Consultant will also possess strong experience in project management, data management and CRM knowledge. You will possess a strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook and have the capacity to learn new systems quickly. Due to being an FCA regulated business, the Content Marketing Consultant will need to pass a satisfactory credit check.

Using and managing Marketing Automation Systems to set up, deliver, measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns and ensure a high level of data management
Planning and event management e.g. annual awards programme, seminars and corporate hospitality as
Undertake customer research to ensure high service standards are being maintained and ensure customer expectations are met.
Conduct market and competitor research on our existing business and market segments, to determine new business opportunities and new routes to

Experience / Skills:

1 Degree with Marketing, Business or Design modules
‘All round’ proven marketing experience gained in a similar
Extensive experience in content production (on and off-line) and management across a range of media including managing social media accounts. Experience in producing content relating to complex or technical subjects is
Previous use of Hubspot or similar CRM
Knowledge of Umbraco or similar website
Good research skills and experience in liaising with third parties to develop relevant
Good knowledge of FCA Regulations and how they apply to marketing literature and
