Being a Services Senior Analyst, you will deliver a world-class service to the financial industry, having a passion for client services, and a willingness to quickly learn and execute at a high level across a variety of complex processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle internal and external client requests.
The ability to effectively communicate ideas, build rapport and develop relationships with internal clients and manage client expectations.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Take ownership of requests received.
Carry out client requests in accordance with the processes and procedures that have been put in place.
Complete required tasks to create, change or remove client and user profiles for all services.
Respond to requests, ensuring that all timescales and SLAs are strictly adhered too.
Recognise high importance tasks and take appropriate action following predefined criteria.
Liaise with colleagues globally to facilitate a speedy and effective set-up of new clients.
Follow all procedures and rules when carrying out tasks
Understand the need of the client, team members and key stakeholders across the business.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of financial / trade experience.
Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred.
Ability to work well in a team.
Strong MS Office knowledge.
 
Full training is expertly provided to get you up to speed!
 
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 13:00 – 21:00
Salary: Competitive salary, a generous shift allowance and company bonus.
Work pattern: Hybrid available (3 days in the office – 2 days at home)
