Working for this established, successful technology company, this is a brand new Business Sales Executive role to sustain and further drive the success of the business. Unusually, the role will be targeting only inbound and warm leads from potential customers who have either signed up or made an inbound enquiry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their sales career to learn, develop and become part of a motivated team.  Key Responsibilities:
This is a perfect opportunity for a Business Sales Executive role that is reasonably new to sales, with 1 year’s experience. You will be required to contact a large database of warm leads with a view to converting as many as possible. The Business Sales Executive role will work with colleagues to sell directly to or uncover new opportunities with end users who have either made an enquiry with the business or have lapsed. Product training is provided, but the individual must be confident, driven, proactive and tenacious with a desire to learn and progress. You must have excellent communication skills, self-motivation and web demonstration experience would be advantageous.
 Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

Meet agreed quarterly Key Business Targets based on sales figures
Follow and adapt to strategic campaigns with a view to conversion of new business leads
Generate outbound calls to lists of warm leads or lapsed customers
Meet customer requirements in a timely and friendly manner
Responsible for the long-term relationships with, and the retention of those customers
Manage and build your own personal pipeline ensuring that customers are getting required level of contact
Offer support, answer questions on the product and complete demonstrations where necessary
Introduce and upsell additional products and services
Identify and progress larger opportunities where possible
Attend quarterly internal sales meetings to go through projected figures and intentions to grow pipeline

 Essential Skills:

1 year’s sales experience
Experience dealing with customer’s requirements over phone and email
Strong new business background
The ability to juggle multiple tasks and client requirements simultaneously
Knowledge and usage of Excel & PowerPoint
Drive to learn a new product and industry quickly

 Desirable Experience

Account management experience
Knowledge of SMS marketing channels
Digital communications background
Experience doing online or face to face demonstrations
