Business Development Executive

We are delighted to be working with one of our most successful clients, who are seeking their next Business Development Executives to join an innovative, established and motivated sales team in Chester. This role is marketed towards individuals who have an interested in taking their first steps into a sales career, as our client are offering extensive support and training in order to assist with continuous employee development.
The Business Development Executive will follow up warm leads collected on their database, and work to generate additional leads through cold calling and market research. Once established, these leads will be processed using Salesforce and transferred over to the wider sales team.
Our client are offering a salary of up to £25,000 for the right candidate, and candidates will also be provided with an uncapped monthly commission structure. The Business Development Executive will be coached on all aspects of the sales process in order to set them up for success.
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-515pm
Location: Chester
Remote working: Considered after 6 months
Contract: Permanent

Generating leads through cold calling
Chasing pre-existing leads stored on CRM system
Corresponding with customers through inbound and outbound calls and emails
Usage of Salesforce and MS Office products
Assisting the wider sales team
Working towards targets/KPIs

Minimum Requirements

Either a recent Business graduate (or similar), or 6+ months of sales, sales support or sales negotiation experience
IT literate
Excellent written and verbal communication
Competitive and self motivated attitude
Ability to be adaptable and open to learning
