Appointment Setter


  • Salary: £17000 - £20000 Per Annum DOE + Bonus
  • Location: Crewe, North West, Cheshire
  • Contract: Permanent

The successful Appointment Setter will be tasked with building and maintaining successful relationships with both commercial and domestic clients. You will be working closely with a field-based BDM handling leads, managing accounts and making appointments. The Appointment Setter will be working for a progressive and expansive company that has fantastic progression opportunities, open plan offices and a supportive working environment in addition to being a corner stone of the market.

The successful Appointment Setter will have strong rapport building skills and a fantastic phone manner. The Appointment Setter will be required to organise their own workload and prioritise tasks effectively. A professional, enthusiastic and pro-active work ethic is essential for the successful Appointment Setter candidate. Previous phone based experience is preferred and sales experience is desired.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customer to obtain the relevant information
  • Manage between 60-100 commercial and domestic accounts
  • Using initiative to identify and follow up opportunities
  • Produce leads and book appointments for regional BDM
  • Be able to organise, manage and maintain your own desk
  • Ability to work in a team and individually
  • Calling warm and cold leads with the aim of marketing the companies services on a B2B and B2C basis
