Our Client, a large well-established, family run company require an experienced administrator to join their existing onsite team
Hours of Work: 8am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday
Salary : £8.91ph
Assisting with the day to day running of a busy office
Using an inhouse database to upload/update records and produce reports.
Use of Excel spreadsheets.
Using outlook to send emails both internally and externally
Scanning and uploading documents.
Photocopy and filing
Assisting with answering the telephone
General admin duties.
Essential Skills:
2 years’ minimum admin experience essential
Experience of using Excel/Word/Outlook
Experience of working in a busy office environment
Must be able to work on own initiative
