Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
This role is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding and progressive company. Working as an office-based New Business Consultant, your role will be promoting business consultancy packages to organisations nationwide that can help solve issues, create value, maximise growth and improve business performance as a whole. The New Business Consultant will negotiate prices and packages suited to the client in question and then Account Manage this set of clients ensuring sales revenue increase over time and SLAs are always maintained and achieved.
To apply for the New Business Consultant, it is essential that you are have at least 12 months outbound sales experience, ideally business to business. You will possess an exceptional telephone manner, have ability to listen effectively to quickly establish a business’ needs, and an analytical approach. Key Responsibilities:

Be the voice of the company at their head office speaking to new/existing customers promoting all packages and products
Be responsible for winning the business and communicating with the client, providing regular updates and building solid working relationships
You will also be able to identify limited business opportunities by providing choice to clients
Predominantly outbound calling to business nationwide
Calling warm leads to promote and sell customer products and services
Using CRM systems to accurately update client requirements and details

Essential Skills:

A full UK driving license is essential
At least 12 months’ experience gained within an outbound sales environment
Strong communication skills
Have the ability to build strong working relationships
Be resilient
Confident in fact finding and negotiation
Ability to work individual both by managing your own time and workload
