Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9am-530pm
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager to join this successful and expanding company who are going through a period of sustained growth. The Account Manager will be establishing strong customer insight to understand their business and development plans through regular, scheduled account reviews. You will also gain referrals and leads for additional products and services. Working as part of a fast-paced and motivated team, you will be key to ensuring that the company builds upon their success, by maximising and developing a diverse and profitable base of customers. The Account Manager will be rewarded with a realistic and competitive uncapped commission scheme, a flexible benefits package, and career growth. Hours of work for this role is Monday to Friday 9am-530pm.
To apply for the Account Manager it is essential that you have previous business-to-business experience, ideally within an IT, technical or telecommunications environment. You will be able to build strong, credible working relationships with clients and offer a consultative approach. The Account Manager will have exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a positive, clear manner when relaying technical information.
Key Responsibilities:

Gaining deep customer insight to understand their business and their plans on how solutions will aid their own growth and development plans through regular, scheduled account reviews
Re-sign and upgrade customers nearing contractual eligibility
Gain referrals and leads for additional products and services
Welcome calls and effective on-boarding of new customers
Day-to-day customer support in a commercial setting.
Ensure customers are delighted with all aspects of their service and propositions
Attend client meeting when necessary
Making sure the CRM system is updated
Achieve personal and team targets and Key Performance Indicators
To ensure you attend all training modules on all aspects of products and services to ensure you can identify opportunity when speaking to our customers. You must become conversant in all products and services
To clearly demonstrate your ability to build a pipeline of opportunity in accordance with your targets

Essential Skills:

Sales process experience, including discovering needs, building trust and relationships, negotiation skills and closing skills
Previous experience in a similar role selling B2B technical and IT services would be ideal
Ability to learn thorough technical product knowledge and how the products benefit clients
Understanding of market places, competition and alternative products
Be able to manage own time and workload/workflow effectively
Meticulous attention to detail
Dealing with difficult situations/people
Do the best job you can, going the extra mile and being proud of it
Act with honesty and integrity, stick to what you say you’ll do
Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure zero confusion
Work as one team, all pulling together to achieve the company mission

Ability to self-learn and develop knowledge of the products/markets we operate in.
